Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007 is currently the pastor. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne also has a heart to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a part on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the writer of many online pieces as well as co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has three kids along and a wife Leslie.
