Cassandra Monique Batie known professionally as Andra Day is an American R&B and soul musician, actor and songwriter. She has been awarded numerous awards including an Grammy Award a Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award along with nomination for an Academy Award. Andra isn't simply the throwback R&B performer, but her blues roots and gospel jazz is presented in a manner that's effortless and beautiful. Cheers to the fall (2015) her debut album that was a huge success reached the Top Ten of the R&B/hip-hop and opened the door to several Grammy nominations and one Academy Award nomination with Stand Up for Something (2017) her contribution to the soundtrack to Marshall winning both accolades. Billie Holiday (2020), a biopic of Holiday's career. Andi Matichak, an American actor. She first appeared in television series such as 666 Park Avenue, Orange Is the New Black and Blue Bloods before making her movie debut as Allyson Nelson in the slasher film series Halloween as well as the sequels.
